How It Works — Step by Step

Let’s take a practical example.

We’ll complete a graphics card product page using a manufacturer’s PDF that includes an image, a detailed description, and a few bullet points with key highlights.

Below is an image of the PDF we will be working with.

1. Choose “AI Complete with PDF File”

At the start, our product page only contains images.

We’ll use AI Complete to fill in attributes in these sections:

• Basic Product Data
• GPU Specifications
• SEO
• Logistics

In the product view, open the AI Complete dropdown and select With PDF File.

2. Select Which Fields to Complete

A list of product attributes appears.

Here you decide which fields should be filled automatically — for example, descriptions, SEO text, and specifications — and which ones to leave untouched (like pricing or packaging).

3. Upload the Product PDF

Next, upload the PDF — either from your computer or by dragging it into the upload area.

The file we’re using contains an image, technical details about performance, and bullet-point highlights.

AI Complete understands all of that context and maps it intelligently to the right fields.

4. Let AI Complete Do The Work

Click Complete Product, and after a few seconds, you’ll see your product page fully populated.

All selected fields — descriptions, specs, SEO content, and logistics data — are now filled in and ready for review.
