All plans are billed annually and paid upfront. Paid plans have fixed annual prices — see the plan cards above for details. Enterprise is priced individually based on your requirements. All prices exclude VAT.

Fees for annual plans are paid in advance for 12 months. There are no obligations beyond the subscription period — you may choose not to renew your subscription in accordance with the terms of the contract.

We accept bank transfers. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with net-30 or net-60 payment terms. Contact our sales team to arrange payment details.

You can upgrade at any time — the cost difference is prorated for the remaining subscription period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Yes — additional products, users, storage, and automations are available as add-ons on all paid plans. AI credits can be increased as a plan amendment to your annual subscription. Contact our sales team for a custom configuration.

No — the user limit only applies to active users. Deactivated users are not counted against your plan's user limit.

Community support (Free) gives you access to the Ergonode community on Slack — fast answers from other users, but not official team support. Standard support (Advance & Scale) means our team responds via ticket and email. Dedicated CSM (Enterprise) assigns you a named consultant from our Customer Success team who proactively helps you get the most out of Ergonode. Our average first response time is ~15 min, with a 5.0/5 customer satisfaction rating.

Yes — Ergonode's open Apps Framework lets you build your own integrations or automate product workflows. If you have an in-house development team, you can use the API directly. You can also work with our certified solution partners to help implement and integrate PIM in your organization.

Each AI action has a base credit cost. For text-based actions, you can choose the AI model — each model has a multiplier that scales the base cost. Image generation uses a Nano Banana 2 model.

The numbers in the AI Credits table show maximum generations using the default model (GPT-4o mini). Unused credits don't roll over. To increase your monthly allowance, contact our sales team — credits can be added as a plan amendment to your annual subscription.

Unused credits expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over to the next month. If you consistently run out of credits before month end, consider increasing your monthly allowance via a plan amendment.

Ergonode is designed to get you up and running fast. Most customers complete initial setup within a few days. Every plan includes a guided onboarding session with a PIM Specialist to help you get started. For more complex implementations, Concierge onboarding is available as a premium service.

Concierge is a premium Customer Success service where you get a dedicated Ergonode consultant acting as your Interim PIM Manager. They help you make key decisions about product data management, configure the system correctly, train your team, and prioritize catalog enrichment tasks. The service is delivered as recurring 3-hour online sessions, available in monthly packages.

Scale includes a free staging environment (Production + Staging) where you can safely test new configurations, templates, and workflows before pushing to production. Use Ergonode Transfer to move changes between environments cleanly.
