The most common questions
How does licensing work?
Ergonode is open-SaaS software. We target ours to companies of all sizes. For those who are new to online sales or have basic product management requirements, we offer a free plan. For growing companies, we have differentiated price plans depending on different expectations and needs. Large enterprises, on the other hand, can receive an offer tailored to their individual business circumstances with special emphasis on individualized SLA, implementation support or customer service.
Can I extend the default limits?
We have prepared a number of plans that meet different needs depending on the scale of the business. Customized resources are possible in the Enterprise plan.
Can I get custom integrations?
We have provided an open App Framework for each of the plans, where you can prepare your own applications to integrate and automate your products. So if you have your own team of developers, you can prepare the integration applications yourself and exchange data between different systems efficiently. You can also work with our certified solution partners to help you implement and integrate PIM in your organization.
What are the Standard PIM features?
All pricing plans include essential product management features. You can create, edit, and manage products, including variants and groupings, define and edit multiple attribute types, manage attribute groups and organise products into categories. The platform supports multiple languages and distribution channels, providing a global reach. It also offers product templates, multiple types of batch actions for data updates and management of product collections, segments, relations and multimedia. In addition, it provides robust data exchange capabilities with API access and supports importing and exporting products using XML or CSV formats for seamless integration and data handling.
What are the differences between support plans?
Community Support - is the support provided by the Ergonode PIM community (on the Slack platform), allows you to quickly get answers to your burning questions. However, it is not an official Ergonode team support implemented by our Customer Success team. At Standard Plan, our team responds via the ticket system and email. In the Premium Plan, you will be assigned a consultant from the Customer Success team who will directly try to help you resolve issues.
Do user limits also apply to inactive users?
The user limit only applies to active users. Deactivated users are not included in the number of available users for the selected pricing plan.
Do you offer yearly price plans?
Yes - Ergonode gives you the opportunity to pay for your plans annually. If you pay annually you will receive a special price!
